Members of the Magua Taekwon-Do clubs gathered at Fighting Fit Central in Marks Park Sports club to brave the Tough Enough Challenge, on the 31'st of July. The turn out was better than expected considering the time of year and the fact that many couldn't do it due to illness etc. Most entered knowing they were not at their peak fitness, in order to guage them selves. This event brought out some huge heart in people and tested their indomitable spirit, which is one of our tenets.
All of the instructors are really proud of their participants. Well done to the medalists, assistants,all participants and spectators.
