The first seminar of the year focussing on competition sparring was held at the new Emmerentia club (formerly cresta), on Saturday 19 February. Many aspect of sparring were worked on including rules, to various rules of thumb to take the sparring to a new level and pressure training. Well done to the participants for trying really hard.
